I have found that all the books that I have read of Anna Jacobs are great. You pick them up and you can't put them down. I have readed 24 of her books and they have come up to my highest rating that I keep for all of the writers that I read. Thanks Anna keep the books coming

Good book

I only recently discovered this author and I have to say I really like all of her books I have read so far. This one did not disappoint. If you like historical novels with a bit of romance thrown in, you might enjoy this book too.

A good little book...

...that moves swiftly and keeps you entertained. While it is no great literary classic, it is good writing that moves along nicely. A light, airy read (without all the long, boring descriptions that I feel are fillers in most novels and therefore skip through) that allows the reader to care for the main character and keeps you reading till the last page.
Yes...it is unrealistic and predictable...but the book did its job and that job was to entertain me.
I'll read more books by this author.
